Terms & Conditions

By booking a service, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions

1. Booking Fee

All appointments are subject to a non-refundable 10% booking fee.
The booking fee secures your appointment time and is deducted from the total service price.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the 10% booking fee.
The booking fee will also be forfeited if an appointment cannot proceed due to:

Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions
Extremely poor vehicle condition
Undisclosed contamination or conditions requiring additional time not allowed for

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty (subject to availability).

3. Vehicle Preparation

Vehicles must be emptied of all personal belongings prior to the appointment.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle, including items in the boot, glove box, door pockets, or centre console.

4. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

A pre-service and post-service inspection will be carried out and documented.
Existing damage (including scratches, dents, stains, worn trim, paint defects, or interior wear) will be noted prior to work commencing.
In the unlikely event that damage is caused directly by us, we are fully insured, and the matter will be handled through the appropriate insurance process.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage that becomes more visible after cleaning.

5. Vehicle Description Accuracy

Customers must accurately describe the condition of their vehicle at the time of booking.
If the vehicle condition is significantly worse than described, we reserve the right to:

Apply additional charges, or rebook the appointment to allow sufficient time for the work required.

6. Excessive Soiling & Additional Charges

Excessively soiled vehicles may be subject to additional charges due to increased time, labour, and product usage.
This includes, but is not limited to, heavy mud, sand, grease, or severe neglect.

All appointments are subject to weather conditions.
In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather (rain, extreme heat, high winds, etc.), appointments may be delayed or rescheduled.

9. Access & Safety

Customers must provide safe, legal, and adequate access to the vehicle at the agreed location.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

All service times are estimates only and may vary depending on vehicle condition and unforeseen factors.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including due to unsafe conditions, undisclosed vehicle condition, or inappropriate behavior.

13. Travel distance

All prices shown are accurate within 15 miles of Scarborough town center, outside of this area an extra charge will apply depending on location and booking requirements

14. Ceramic coatings

All ceramic coating bookings require prior inspection to properly assess time required, level of paint correction required and generate a final quote. (This can either be an individual inspection on a clean vehicle free of charge or as part of an existing booking.)
All durability periods are quoted from the coating manufacturer and we can not be held responsible if the coating doesn't last its full period.
All coatings are pH rated and should only be cleaned with suitable products and correct technique, incorrect mainteinance will decrease the lifespan and decay the coating.
